If you book tickets for multiple passengers, we may ask for each traveler’s name to issue accurate tickets. We only use those additional names for ticketing purposes. We may also collect a phone number to notify you of schedule changes or cancellations.

When you book while logged in to your Member Rewards account, we save information about your canceled trips and any pending itinerary searches you performed (even if you didn’t complete booking). You may view a list of confirmed and canceled reservations in your account dashboard.
